Privacy / Public preview

Privacy begins
with clarity.

This notice describes the supplied public-preview application's current features, rather than promising protections for systems that have not been built.

Active behavior in this code build

What the preview stores

The Astrology Foundations quizzes can store completed lesson identifiers in your browser's local storage, under the key astralSignsCompletedLessons. Those identifiers remain on that device/browser, unless you clear its stored site data. There is no member account service to synchronize them. A separate MySQL database now supports the public time-meaning catalog only; it does not store members, personal observations, or quiz progress.

The tarot demonstration chooses a card in the browser. The community composer and account dialog are demonstrations: they do not publish, authenticate, send messages or save user profiles. Avoid entering personal information in the preview fields.

Number lookups and URLs

The Numbers & Synchronicity library reads public editorial content from MySQL. Looking up a time uses a URL query parameter, such as time-meaning.php?time=11%3A11. The application does not create an individual viewing-history record from these lookups, but the website host, CDN, or browser may retain requested URLs in ordinary logs or history. Do not put sensitive information into the lookup field.

Astronomy and Astral Nights

The Astronomy Foundations and Orionids pages provide static educational information. The current build does not request device location, collect observing coordinates, access cameras or microphones, or obtain real-time sky or weather information. The countdown runs locally in your browser using your device clock and a fixed, published launch target; it does not store visitor countdown activity.

The Astral Nights page may offer optional YouTube video playback after the operator enters verified public event IDs. YouTube's player is not loaded until a visitor chooses Load YouTube event player. Clicking a direct YouTube link also leaves this website. In either case, YouTube may process data under its own policies. Hosting-level request logs may still apply to our pages.

Accounts and sensitive information

The current supplied website does not implement account registration, birth-data collection, personal journals, social posting, or premium payments. Those planned systems require separate privacy and security reviews before release.

Hosting, technical logs and third parties

The current application code does not include an advertising tracker, external analytics script, email collection, or a user-profile database. However, a web host, CDN, server configuration or other deployment services may handle IP addresses and ordinary technical request logs. Their actual practices and retention must be checked before this notice is treated as final.

Control of browser-based progress

You can clear this site's locally saved quiz progress using your browser's settings for site data. We will document export, deletion and account privacy controls when accounts become available; those features cannot yet be used.

Changes before launch

This is a provisional description of the supplied code through Update 03 (October 14, 2026). Before publication, the operator must confirm the hosting environment, database access policies, technical log retention, and a contact method; verify legal disclosures, and update this page whenever actual data practices change.

Important distinction

The Sanctum and The Black Hole

These are planned privacy products. The Sanctum is intended for protected personal content. The Black Hole is a proposed encrypted, permanently non-shareable vault that must not accept real secrets without an independently reviewed security implementation. Neither is available in this build.
